Carmelina has served as Dean of Women since 2005. As a member of the Christ College faculty, she co-ordinates and lectures in the Ministry Training For Women (MTW) course and helps co-teach in other courses. Carmelina has a particular interest in complementarian studies. Carmelina is married to Jeff and they have four children.
