Christ College Experience 2021

Christ College invites you to get a taste of Christ College at our Christ College Experience on Wednesday 13th October 2021.

The Christ College Experience is a great opportunity for you to get a feel for a day in the life of a Christ College student –

• participate in a couple of real classes taught by our excellent Faculty
• join the College community at our weekly Chapel service
• learn about the importance of theological study in some short, tailored workshops
• meet staff and students, and ask all your questions

A full program for the evening can be found below.

Participate in a Class

On the day you’ll have a chance to join in on your choice of two of the units below. Don’t be afraid of the language units – this is your chance to see just how fun and accessible language units can be!

• New Testament Greek (Murray Smith) – learn some Greek words as you read through the gospel of Mark
• Biblical Hebrew (Greg Goswell) – learn some Hebrew words as you read through the book of Jonah
• Reformation in Europe and Britain (Cameron Clausing) – see how the past can shape our ministry today (and maybe even learn about some Reformation artwork!)
• Theology for Pastoral Leadership (John McClean) – see how our theology informs our ministry practice focusing on some case studies relevant to current affairs

You’ll have a chance to elect your classes in the registration form.
