Our campus in Auckland gives the New Zealand church access to exceptional theological formation. Why? Because, we long to see God glorified in New Zealand.
Christ College is located just south of the city centre, in Manurewa. Here, Christ College faculty, from both campuses, work with a small but diverse body of students.
“I am convinced that New Zealand must have its own reformed theological college. We need a place where men and women who are concerned about the glory of God and the eternal destiny of their fellow Kiwis can be well trained to minister God’s word in our multicultural society. Christ College is such a college. Our firm foundation in historic Christianity and commitment to missional engagement make Christ College the best option for someone seeking fully accredited Reformed theological training in New Zealand”
– Geoff Macpherson, Head of Campus of Christ College New Zealand
“The venue is different, but our vision and mission remains unchanged. We want to train future leaders who are committed to real kingdom growth in New Zealand”
– Ian Smith, Principal of Christ College
Our students say . . .
“I would recommend Christ College New Zealand because I believe that God’s word is our source of truth and life. Christ College teaches this and explains the profound truths of the Bible in engaging and approachable lectures that encourage everyone to grow in Christ. It’s not just an academic experience but also an opportunity to trust God to bring about lasting change in your life. You will be known by your lecturer and prayed for, you will read your bible and pray. You will also be challenged to articulate your understanding and critically reflect on how you arrived at your position. Christ College will challenge you and encourage you to trust and know God’s word – NZ Student, Joe Carey“
“CCNZ has allowed me to begin studying for ministry formally. With the time pressure of a demanding full time job and a young family, I’ve still been able to manage the workload. The fees are affordable and the material covered so far has been excellent, growing my understanding of the Word of God and stirring me up to love and good works in worship of Christ. I would thoroughly recommend CCNZ study for anyone in NZ considering ministry training – NZ Student, Sam Hight“
As an Australian College of Theology affiliated institution, our New Zealand campus offers a Diploma of Theology and a Graduate Diploma of Divinity. We also offer pathways for New Zealand Students to pursue a Bachelor of Theology or Master of Divinity at our Sydney Campus.
