Christ College Scholarships 2026

Christ College is pleased to offer scholarships to assist eligible students to undertake theological study at Christ College. In 2026, we will be awarding the following scholarships:

NEW – Christ College Kickstart Scholarship

Up to $10,000 per year
This scholarship is designed to assist new, full-time students who are relocating from regional NSW to Sydney to study at Christ College. Scholarship recipients will receive up to $10,000 to assist with the relocation and accommodation costs associated with moving to Sydney to study. Recipients are eligible to receive up to 2 years of funding with reapplication after the first year.
In addition to the general Scholarship Eligibility Criteria outlined below, applicants must demonstrate: * that they are a new full-time student entering into their first AUT unit at Christ College; * that the scholarship funds are necessary for relocation for the purposes of their study.

Christ College Tuition Scholarship

Approx. $13,000 (for full scholarship) applied to tuition fees. Partial scholarships may be granted at the discretion of the Fund Committee.
This scholarship is designed to assist students with their tuition fees. Scholarship recipients will receive the equivalent of the fees for up to 50% of a full-time study load in the 2026 calendar year applied to their tuition fees.
Applicants must meet the general Scholarship Eligibility Criteria outlined below.

Christ College Partnership Scholarship

$1000 to help establish your own supporter network
This scholarship is designed to assist students with the costs associated with studying in partnership with their own churches and supporters. Scholarship recipients will be awarded up to $1000 to help start their supporter fundraising network. Supporters will be able to make tax deductible donations into the Scholarship Fund and nominate their preferred scholarship recipient. Christ College will distribute 90% of these funds to the scholarship recipients with the other 10% to be reinvested back into the fund for future students.
Applicants must meet the general Scholarship Eligibility Criteria outlined below.

General Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must demonstrate:

• a commitment to a local church within the Evangelical Reformed tradition;
• a commitment to equipping themselves for the task of being a leader within a church or para-church context;
• how they hope the training will better equip them in their ministry context;
• that they have the support of their local church.

Equity criteria may also be taken into consideration in the awarding of scholarships.

• 31st October 2025; Partnership Scholarship First Round Applications Close
• 30th November 2025: Partnership Scholarship Second Round Applications Close
• 30th November 2025: Kickstart and Tuition Scholarship Applications Close
• January 2026: Scholarship funds will be distributed
