Christ College Traineeship

Traineeship Program

The Christ College Traineeship is a two-year program that develops future ministry leaders.

About the Program

The Traineeship involves holistic training and ministry under a coach for three days a week, and Christ College for two days. Trainees outside of Sydney can participate through distance education and intensive classes.

Financial support may be provided to Trainees by churches and partners through the tax-deductible Christ College Scholarship Fund. The Traineeship is also a METRO approved pathway eligible for METRO Scholarship funding.

The Traineeship is designed to help you develop and reflect on the following outcomes (the 10 Cs): Confession, Character, Competence, Collaboration, Cultural Sensitivity, Courage, Conviction, Circumstances, Capacity, and Confirmation. For more information on the 10 Cs, click here.
